Refund policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. You have 30 days to return your product(s) after you have received them. Unfortunately, after 30 days, we cannot accept your return(s).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product must also still be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted or refunds are denied.
- Any item not in its original condition
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after receipt.
Refunds
Once we have received and approved the return, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your payment provider/company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Defective or Incorrectly Received Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible. You must provide us with photographic evidence. We will then ensure that you receive a correct product free of charge to replace the damaged or incorrect one. If you wish to return the product to us, you will be responsible for these costs.
Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, you must return your item within 30 days. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Cancellations
We offer a 2-hour cancellation window after placing your order. If you change your mind within this time, please let us know, and we will cancel your order for you.
Shipping Your Returned Items
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your items.
You are expected to return the items using a trackable shipping service or by purchasing shipping insurance. The sender is always responsible for the shipment, and we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you send it without trackable shipping.
